are pins nerdy?

I'm not sure about pins ... are they only for old ladies? librarians? moms? not sure.   But I like this new pin of mine enough to consider wearing it to work, where I am surrounded by some very arty teenagers in tight jeans and big chunky glasses, full of judgmental ennui.



I've almost got the woodland thing out of my system, a few more floral hoop type earrings and baby birds coming along then I'm out of the woods, working on a new "line" ... but until then I have to pass along these lovely prints from Traci Edwards, she makes the best cards and band posters. so adorable, cool, and woodlandish without being cutesy, an accomlishment!





This is pretty much near perfect for me...victorian, sweet, tough, black, awesome.
